OUR STORY

Our story began with a Montana boy who fell in love with a Minnesota girl. Calenn grew up a farm boy under the big sky, where hard work and wide-open spaces shaped his heart. Laura brought her adventurous Minnesota spirit and her deep love for family and the simple beauty of life. Together, we’ve built a life grounded in faith, family, and farming.

 In 2016, we settled in Foreston and planted the first seeds of what would become our small family farm. What started as a dream — our kids, a garden, a few animals, and a lot of hope — slowly turned into something much bigger. By 2021, we moved onto our farm, where our kids have space to run, grow, and learn the value of dirt under their fingernails and gratitude in their hearts.

 By day, Calenn works as an engineer, but his real passion lives in the land — tending animals, fixing fences, and teaching the kids the joy of working with their hands. Laura brings warmth and adventure to everything she touches — from a homemade meal to raising puppies to exploring new trails with the kids.

 Here on our farm, every sunrise is a reminder of God’s goodness and every sunset a chance to thank Him for another day together. We’re not perfect— just a family learning, laughing, loving, and living out our faith in the middle of Minnesota farmland.
